Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Concrete Estimator to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for concrete projects across commercial and/or industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, with a focus on concrete work including Slab on Grade, Tilt Wall, Elevated Concrete (Pan and flat plate) and concrete piers. Candidate should have a grasp on crew production rates per scope of work and have a general understanding of means and methods.

Reports To: Senior Project Manager
This position is a member of the Operations Department. The Project Manager will report directly to the Senior Project Manager. This position will be responsible for being the primary point of communication interface between internal and external customers for respective projects.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and manage Commercial Concrete projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in concrete project management and proficiency in project management tools to ensure the efficient execution of projects. Candidate will lead superintendent with financial budgets, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery within scope and budget. Candidate should be able to identify construction issues and resolve them alongside assigned superintendent.
